Processing of Personal Data
This page aims to describe the website’s administrative procedures concerning the processing of personal data of users who consult the website. This notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of laws no. 196/2003-concerning The Personal Data Protection Code to those who link to the corporate website of Omniachannel (hereinafter the “website”) by accessing our web services via computers.
The following information applies only to this website and not to other websites accessed via links.
Furthermore, this notice also draws from Recommendation 2009/136/CE of the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by article 29 of Directive no. 2/2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when the latter connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of their connection.

Location of Data Processing
Treatments related to the services of the website take place at the offices of the Omniachannel and are only handled by processing staff, or others charged with occasional maintenance.
Data deriving from the web service will be communicated to partners and devices to which the proprietor uses to provide the services requested by users and visitors.
Personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, acts and regulations etc.) are used only to perform the service or assistance requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (provide services requested through the technological and instrumental partner).

Types of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures for running this web site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
This information is not collected with the aim of linking it to identified users although, inevitably, through the processing and linking of data held by third parties, it could lead to users being identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used to connect to the website, the requested resources URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response to it, the numerical code indicating the server response status (successful, error etc.) and other parameters pertaining to the operating system and IT environment of the user.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the site and to check its correct operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer offences to the detriment of the site.

Data voluntarily provided by website users
The optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of personal information to access certain services or to make inquiries to the addresses indicated on the website implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s personal data included in the request, necessary to answer the latter.

The website uses session cookies and they are persistent, simply used to offer a more efficient service.

Omniachannel uses aggregate data analysis tools to improve the Website (Google Analytics).

Optional provision of data
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal information through the use of appropriate sections of the website and to require or request the sending of informative material or other communications.
Failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

Data processing method
Personal data are processed by automated tools for a minimum time necessary to achieve the scopes for which they were collected.
To prevent data loss, abuse or incorrect use of data and unauthorised access, specific security measures have been set.Omniachannel, to reduce to a minimum any risks concerning privacy, availability and integrity of the personal data gathered and handled and ensure it meets all minimum security measures provided for by law.

Rights of the concerned
The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to be informed of their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or correction (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
Pursuant to the same article, the interested parties have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and in any case to object to the processing of data, carried out for legitimate reasons.
